Once started, wpclipper will search for the "wpclipart" directory. It should look like so:
That is because it searches for and stops at the "wpclipart" directory if found along the path to the viewer. If you move the viewer folder, that is OK. The viewer will simply start browsing with the folder the viewer is located in.
The directory tree at the left is always open and is generously large to make moving around the directory tree as easy as posible. If the file/path names do not fit in the browsing area, little scroolbars appear to move them into view.
BTW: On Windows the path shown to the clipart will likely be C:\program files\wpclipart -- I was running from a test directory on Linux...
